How To Throw Really Far

1. Stay versatile and loose.
2. Hold the disc and keep it leveled to the ground
3. Purpose with your hip.
4. Shift your weight back, after that reach back.
5. Shift your weight onward, pulling directly while turning.
6. For max distance the power/energy needs to move from your legs, hip, upper body, arm and then to the disc. Like a whip.

Keep in mind!
Beginning slow-moving and then increase at the actual end. And additionally choose a disc that gives you an S-curve. Either by picking a disc on the understable side or offering it an anhyzer angle.
